Badina Yuliya Viktorovna
She was born on August 11, 1972 year, in Karaganda city. She has graduated from Karaganda State Medical Institute, on specialty “General Medicine” (1995), Institute of Language and Translation “Lingua” (2006), on specialty “Translation major”, Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz (2009), on specialty “State and Local Government”, Russian Academy of National Economy and State Administration services under the President of the Russian Federation (2017). Since 1995 to 2004, she has worked as a doctor at the Karaganda Regional Dermatovenerologic Dispensary. Since 2004 to 2005, she has worked as Executive Director of “Triada LTD” LLP.
She is a member of the “Nur Otan Party”. Since 2005 to the present day, she has been working as the First Deputy Chairman of the Karaganda City Branch of the “Nur Otan” Party.
She has been awarded «10 жыл Астана», «Қазақстан Конституциясына 10 жыл», «Қазақстан Республикасының тәуелсіздігіне 20 жыл».
She was elected as a deputy of the Karaganda city maslikhat of IV and V convocations.
