Department of Oncology and Radiation Diagnostics

Since 2018, the head of the Department of Oncology and Radiation Diagnostics is Naylya Amirbekovna Kabildina - Associate Professor, Candidate of Medical Sciences. Naylya Amirbekovna has 19 years of medical experience and 16 years of teaching experience. Naylyа Amirbekovna published more than 100 publications, more than 40 works in publications recommended by the Committee for Control in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 10 works in scientific publications of foreign countries, including 7 in international scientific journals, which, according to the company's information base, have: Web Of Science Impact Factor - 3.031 Q-1 (First quartile) (Medicine, general & internal) Scopus 91st percentile in General medicine (Q-1, first quartile) Scopus 49th percentile in General medicine (Q-3, third quartile). Author of 12 certificates of state registration of an object for intellectual property. Awarded with the badge «Казақстан Республикасы денсаулық сақтау ісінің үздігіне». Over the past 5 years, she published a textbook without co-authors in a typographic way: «Сүйек және жұмсақ тіндер ісіктері». Tutorials are used in the educational process. Under her leadership, 2 master's theses were defended, currently she is the supervisor of 3 doctoral students.

Until the 2021-2022 academic year at the Department of Oncology and Radiation Diagnostics worked:

Kani Musulmanbekov - Honored Professor of the Department, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Academician of the AEN RK, Honored Worker of the RK, Laureate of the State Prize of the RK, Honorary Citizen of Karaganda and Zhanaarka District. Under his supervision, 14 candidate dissertations and 3 doctoral dissertations were defended. Has more than 450 scientific papers, published 13 patents for inventions and 2 patents of International importance, 20 rationalization proposals. Under his editorship, a collection of scientific papers on the topic: “Diagnostics and treatment of tumors of the gastrointestinal tract. New economic mechanism in oncology ”. The methods proposed by him have been introduced into health care practice not only in the region, but also in a number of surgical clinics of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the data of his works are often cited by the authors and in the press of the UIS, especially by surgeons dealing with the treatment of esophageal cancer.

Turgunov Meyram Bayzrahmanovich – Associate Professor of the Department of Oncology and Radiation Diagnostics, Candidate of Medical Sciences. Meyram Baizrakhmanovich was a qualified surgeon-oncologist, actively participated in the treatment, diagnostic, organizational work of the Karaganda Oncological Dispensary. He had the highest category of surgeon, supervised the abdominal department, provided great assistance to young doctors in instilling in them surgical and clinical skills. He headed the medical and control commission of the oncological dispensary. He actively organized seminars and conferences. Akim of the region was awarded the diploma «2012 жылдың Үздік жыл дәрігері». He has over 200 publications, 8 methodological developments and manuals for students, published by typographic method, 6 rationalization proposals. Awarded with badges «Отличнику здравоохранения СССР» «Казақстан Республикасы денсаулық сақтау ісінің үздігіне», медалью «За доблестный труд в озноменование 100-летия со дня рождения Владимира Ильича Ленина». 

Sharipov Amangeldy Zhapargalievich - associate professor of the department. Amangeldy Zhapargalievich was a qualified surgeon-oncologist, actively participated in the treatment and diagnostic work of the City Hospital No. 1 in Karaganda. He has the highest category of oncologist surgeon, supervised the outpatient department, provided great assistance to young doctors in instilling clinical skills in them. Has more than 100 printed works, 8 methodological developments and manuals for students, published by typographic method. He was engaged in the translation of educational and methodological literature into the Kazakh language.

Makash Tynyshtykpaevich Aliyakparov - Honored Professor of the Department, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan. For his enormous contribution to the construction of a young sovereign Kazakhstan and special merits in the training of medical personnel, he was awarded the medals «Астана»,  «За доблестный труд», «10 лет Конституции РК», нагрудными значками  «Отличник здравоохранения»,  «Қазақстан Республикасы денсаулық сақтау ісінің үздігіне» and a diploma of II degree ENEA.

Valentina Bronislavovna Sirota - Laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of Science and Technology, Professor, Doctor of Medical Sciences. V.B. Syrota has 37 years of medical practice and 27 years of teaching experience, has the highest qualification category of surgeon-oncologist, more than 280 publications, six monographs, four manuals, 25 certificates of state registration of intellectual property, eight preliminary patents for invention Kazakhstan, speaks at national and international conferences with reports. 6 candidate and 3 master's theses, 3 doctoral dissertations were defended under her supervision.

Akat Mukhamedievich Bukenov - Professor of the Department, Doctor of Medical Sciences. Total work experience is 48 years, of which pedagogical experience is 44 years. Doctor oncologist of the highest category has been indefinitely since 2010. He has published over 200 publications, 16 patents for inventions, 22 intellectual property, 4 monographs, 3 joint guidelines for the classification of nosology and testing per category. Under the guidance of Professor A.M. Bukenov 7 candidate dissertations, 2 doctoral dissertations, 1 master's thesis were defended.

Beysenaeva Anel Rysbekovna - head teacher of the department, associate professor, PhD, trainer of CSOT, trainer of the course "Effective teacher". trainer of the project "Improving the quality of medical education in the TSMU named after ABUALI IBNI SINO". For 10 years of teaching experience and 13 years of medical experience, he has certificates of an oncologist (mammologist), a surgeon and the first qualification category of an obstetrician-gynecologist, more than 100 publications, Hirsch index 1.

Kruk Evgeniya Vladimirovna - Associate Professor of the Department, Ph.D. Evgenia Vladimirovna has 26 years of medical and 10 years of teaching experience, has the first qualification category of radiation oncologist, more than 30 publications, 3 copyright certificates for inventions.

Zhumalieva Vera Aleksandrovna - Associate Professor of the Department, PhD. Vera Aleksandrovna has 11 years of medical and teaching experience, has the first qualification category of an oncologist, more than 70 publications, 12 certificates of state registration of intellectual property, speaks at national and international conferences with reports.

Fomenko Yuriy Mikhailovich - Associate Professor of the Department, PhD. Medical and teaching experience of 9 years. He teaches in Russian and English. Has more than 20 publications, 2 certificates of state registration of intellectual property, speaks at national and international conferences with reports. From May 28, 2019 until July 19, 2019 completed an internship at NCC Goyan, 1st Medical Korea Academy Global.

Orazbayev Bekzhan Alipbaevich - Associate Professor of the Department, PhD. B.A. Orazbayev has 10 years of medical and 3 years of teaching experience, has the first qualification category of an oncologist-surgeon, more than 10 publications, 1 certificate of state registration of an intellectual property object, 1 patent for an invention of the Republic of Kazakhstan, speaks at republican and international conferences with reports.

Poluektova Yana Leonovna - assistant of the department, master of medical sciences, surgeon oncologist. She defended her master's thesis in 2017. Work experience 7 years. Teaching experience 7 years. Has 4 articles of the Higher Attestation Commission and the RSCI.

Maratkyzy Mereke - assistant of the department, master of medicine, 9 years of medical experience, teaching experience, has the first medical category of oncologist, 20 publications, 4 intellectual property.

Zhumakaeva Aynura Maratovna - Assistant of the Department of Oncology and Radiation Diagnostics, PhD Doctor, 7 years of medical experience, has the first qualification category of an oncologist-chemotherapist, more than 20 publications, 1 certificate of state registration of an intellectual property object.

Zhumagalieva Indira Zhanuzakovna - Candidate of Medical Sciences, Assistant of the Department of Oncology and Radiation Diagnostics. 26 years of medical and 26 teaching experience, has the highest qualification category of radiation diagnostics doctor.

Abildin Mukhtar Abdeshevich - Assistant of the Department of Oncology and Radiation Diagnostics. 26 years of medical and 10 teaching experience, has the Department of Oncology and Radiation Diagnostics.

Zholdybaeva Gulfayruz Abylaevna - Master of Medical Sciences, Assistant - Professor of the Department of Oncology and Radiation Diagnostics. 23 years of medical and 16 teaching experience, has the highest qualification category of a doctor of radiation diagnostics. She was repeatedly awarded with a diploma of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a diploma by the Ministry of Education and Science and letters of thanks from the Department of Regional Health. Rayn Anna Vladimirovna - Master of Medical Sciences, Assistant of the Department of Oncology and Radiation Diagnostics. Anna Vladimirovna has 13 years of medical experience and 3 years of teaching experience, has the highest qualification category of an obstetrician-gynecologist and the first qualification category of a radiation diagnostics doctor. He specializes in ultrasound diagnostics, has 4 publications.

Akalieva Galiya Tillabekovna - trainee assistant at the Department of Oncology and Radiation Diagnostics. Galiya Tillabekovna has 3 years of medical experience and 3 years of teaching experience

The main scientific directions of the Department of Oncology and Radiation Diagnostics: complex treatment of esophageal cancer; physical and chemical radiosensitization for cancer of the breast, esophagus, cervix, malignant tumors of the oral mucosa; clinical testing of the domestic drug "Arglabin"; modern approaches to medical and social rehabilitation of patients and invalids due to malignant neoplasms; immunohistochemical study of breast and lung cancer. At the same time, the staff of the department is intensively conducting research work on certain issues of clinical oncology. 

The Department of Oncology and Radiation Diagnostics took part in the development of the state order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Improving the methodological foundations of medical and social examination and rehabilitation of patients and disabled people with the most common disabling diseases" according to code 058, state registration number 0106RK00044 dated 09.03.2006. On the topic, 12 guidelines and a monograph were written and published for use in the practice of physicians on MSU and the rehabilitation of cancer patients, 43 publications were published, 9 objects of intellectual property were registered, five papers were defended for the degree of candidate of medical sciences.

Employees of the Department of Oncology and Radiation Diagnostics take part in joint programs with the Research and Production Center "Phytochemistry" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the clinical trial of the drug "Arglabin" in the treatment of incurable forms of malignant neoplasms, with radiation therapy for cervical cancer, tumors of the chest and small pelvis. According to the programs, 26 printed works were published, a preliminary patent for the invention of the Republic of Kazakhstan was received.

The Department of Oncology and Radiation Diagnostics is engaged in immunohistochemical research of breast cancer together with the staff of the pathological department of the "Multidisciplinary Hospital No. 3 of Karaganda". Published 18 publications.

The department defended 4 doctoral and more than 20 master's theses, 5 master's and 4 PhD theses, published 18 monographs, published about 500 publications, 10 preliminary patents for inventions, 20 intellectual property, 60 implementations in practical health care, published 7 educational and methodological benefits.

The staff of the department protected under the guidance of Professor M.T. Aliyakparova 6 doctoral, 13 candidate dissertations, 1 PhD dissertation, masters of medical sciences 2, published 11 monographs and 2000 scientific papers in the international and republican press.
