A University is an educational institution with its own rules that must be followed. Due to the fact that only in the first half of the 2021-2022 academic year, 36 disciplinary sanctions were issued at the school of medicine, of which 6 reprimands!, severe reprimands - 23!, expulsion from the university - 7!, we remind you of the main points of the "Educational Section » Labor (internal) regulations of «MUK» NJSC (hereinafter referred to as LIR).

For the commission of a disciplinary offense by a student, disciplinary sanctions provided for by the LIR may be imposed on him, upon the proposal of the dean or the commission for supervision of the observance of the established rules by students.

A disciplinary sanction corresponds to the severity of the committed disciplinary offense, the degree of guilt of the person who committed it.

When determining the type of disciplinary sanction, the following shall be taken into account in aggregate:

1. The content and nature of the offense;

2. The circumstances under which the offense was committed (time, place, method and other circumstances of its commission), the student's fault;

3. Negative consequences that have caused or could have caused the committed misconduct;

4. Previous behavior of the person who committed it;

5. Other circumstances that characterize the personality of the student.

There are the following types of charges:

• Note;

• Reprimand;

• Severe reprimand;

• Expulsion from an educational institution.
