Was trained in peer review
The distance learning workshop “Quality assurance in
Medical and Public health education” for teaching, academic, and administrative
staff of Karaganda Medical University and Kazakh National Medical University
named after Sanzhar Asfendiyarov was conducted on 15 and 16 of September under
the ERASMUS+ SPRING project. The seminar is dedicated to the awareness of
quality assurance of medical and healthcare education programs.
The teaching and medical stuff of universities are taught on the approach of the peer-review process of an educational program according to the international standards. The experts, trained under this project will be required not only at university but also at the state level, by engaging in the peer review process, that would contribute to the improvement of medical education quality.
