From October 25 to 29, 2021, the Center for Simulation and Educational Technologies of "MUK" NCJSC conducted a cycle to improve the pedagogical qualifications of teaching staff on the topic "Effective teacher" (basic course). The participants of the cycle were the heads of structural divisions of the Kursk State Medical University. The training took place in a remote format on the Webex platform. Advanced training was conducted by the Vice-rector for Academic Work, International Master of Medical Education, graduate of Maastricht University (Netherlands) Ricklefs Viktor Petrovich, head of the Center, graduate of the Bolashak program of the International Medical University (Malaysia) Kemelova Gulshat Seitmuratovna.

 As part of the training program, information was provided on the effective use of active teaching and learning methods, the use of objective assessment methods and the provision of constructive feedback in order to stimulate and motivate students to achieve learning outcomes. During the daily meetings there were a lot of questions from the audience. In conclusion, the listeners expressed their gratitude and noted the relevance of the cycle of improving pedagogical qualifications.
