Physical activity break in our Center

On November 30, 2021, the next step of the marathon " Physical activity break " was held  at the Center for Simulation and Educational Technologies among students and employees of the CSET, within the framework of the marathon "30 steps to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

  There is no doubt that a person benefits from a healthy lifestyle. If you follow simple principles, you can significantly strengthen your body, which will help prolong youth and increase life expectancy. These rules include following a proper and balanced diet, having constant physical activity, sound sleep and walking in the fresh air. Sports play the greatest role in maintaining and strengthening human health.

Physical education is a short-term physical exercise carried out with the aim of preventing fatigue, restoring mental performance (it stimulates areas of the cerebral cortex that were not involved in previous activities and gives rest to those who worked).
