On the eve of the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, within the framework of the state program of the project "Rukhani Zhangyru" our university hosted a regional patriotic song contest "Menin Kazakhstanym!" dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence with the support of the “Belyi Veter” online store and the Youth Resource Center of the Karaganda region.

Students of the Karaganda region took part in the creative competition: Orazaly Aydin, Kasym Akbota and Lukyanenko Zlata (Kazpotrebsoyuz University), Shekey Mukhametzhan and Sushkova Ekaterina (KarU named after E.A.Buketov), Seyfulla Aldiyar and Nesipbaeva Arai (Humanitarian-Technical College named after A.Musin,Balkhash ), Ondasynova Madina and Userbaeva Zhanargul (Academy "Bolashaq"), Shalkarbay Ernur and Magzumov Adilzhan (Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs named after B.Beisenov). The Medical University was represented by Beishen Samat and Konina Milana.

Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs V. Ricklefs greeted the participants of the competition and the audience.

The jury of the Competition under the leadership of A.K. Karabaeva (Concert Association named after Kali Baizhanov) assessed the creativity of the students.

The Jury of the Competition consists of: A.K. Karabaeva (Concert Association named after Kali Bayzhanov), A.A. Fribus ("Youth Resource Center of the Karaganda Region"), A.K. Nurmanbaeva (Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for the Support of Leisure and Folk Art ), A.N.Toyboldina (Head of the choreographic ensemble "Kuanysh") and K.B. Askarov (department for coordination and support of youth initiatives of the "Youth Resource Center of the Karaganda region") assessed the creativity of students.

Based on the results of the competitive program, Beishen Samat won the Grand Prix of the competition! Congratulations!

The rest of the prizes were distributed as follows:

Sushkova Ekaterina, student of the Universitynamed after E.A.Buketov -  the 1st place,

Kasym Akbota, Kazpotrebsoyuz University - 2nd place,

Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs named after B. Beisenov – the 3rd place,

A participant from Balkhash, Seyfulla Aldiyar, won the Audience Award.

All participants received letters of thanks.
