During the international scientific and practical conference «Nursing in the context of reform: priority areas in diagnosis, support and rehabilitation» on March 29, the competition «School of  Young Scientists» was held, where the organizers were the School of Nursing Education of the «Medical University of Karaganda» NJSC and the Association «NEIRON».

 The competition was attended by 16 young scientists (students, undergraduates of the specialty «Nursing» of various medical colleges and universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan) from «Semey Medical University», NJSC, «Medical University of Karaganda» NCJSC, «South Kazakhstan Medical Academy» JSC,«Zapadno – Kazakhstan Higher Medical College under the auspices of KazNMU» LLP,«Aktobe Higher Medical College named after Manshuk Mametova» GKP on REM, «Kostanay Regional Hospital» KSE,«National Scientific Center of Traumatology and Orthopedics named after» RSE on REM.

Academician N.D. Batpenov, during this event, the 3rd place was taken by the Master of Medical Sciences of «Semey Medical University» NJSC - Bolatova Meruert Bolatovna with the report «Assessment of the level of stress and anxiety of nurses of the neonatological department of Semey during the COVID-19 pandemic» (supervisor Zh.M. Zhumanbayeva) student of «Medical University of  Karaganda» NJSC-Mikheeva Olga Vladimirovna with a report «The role of medical personnel in the formation and promotion of a healthy lifestyle» (supervisor T.T.Kispaeva), diploma of the 2nd degree was awarded to: the 1st year master's student of «South Kazakhstan Medical Academy» JSC Kasimova Kamila Kurbanbaevna with a report «The need for organizing palliative care in an outpatient setting» (supervisor A.A.Seydakhmetova) and a student of  «Medical University of Karaganda» NJSC - Fazlayeva Nuria Takhirovna with a report on the topic «Effectiveness of popularization of preventive knowledge about HIV – infection» (supervisor T.T.Kispaeva), and the honorary the 1st place was shared by the 2-year master's student Abileva Sagynysh Zhasulanovna with a report on the topic «The role of nursing staff in translingual stimulation of patients after cerebral stroke» (supervisors B.K Omarkulov, T.T. Kispaeva) and the senior nurse of the «Kostanay Regional Hospital» CSE -  Beilova Asiya Seitovna with the report «Improvement of nursing activities in the laboratory of cardiac catheterization» (supervisor E.N.Niztayeva).
