Discussed topical issues of surgery and transplantation
The III Congress of Surgeons of Kazakhstan was held with
international participation "Topical Issues of Surgery and Transplantation"
in Almaty on September 2-3, 2022.
Assistant of the Department of Emergency Medicine, Anesthesiology and Resuscitation, Ogizbayeva Alina, presented a poster report on the topic: "Quantitative determination of bacterial DNA in the mesenteric lymph nodes in colorectal cancer by the polymerase chain reaction method."
The topic of the report is devoted to the problem of determining direct markers of bacterial translocation of the intestinal microflora in patients with colorectal cancer. The study was funded by the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (grant no. AP09260597).
The thesis is included in the special issue of the magazine "Kazakhstan's Surgical Newsletter" (No. 1, pp. 185-186). According to the results of participation in the competition of young scientists, Ogizbayeva Alina, received the diploma of I degree.
