Master - class «Good Clinical Practice (GCP) / Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP). Ethics of scientific research»

From December 4 to December 12,
2017, a master class on "Good Clinical Practice (GCP) / Good Clinical
Laboratory Practice (GCLP) Ethics of scientific research» was held on the basis
of the KSMU. The master class was conducted by the chief expert of the department
of development of medical science and ethics of the RCHD, Doctor of Medical Sciences, professor
Bakhyt Erekeshevna Sarymsakova. Participation in the master class was attended
by 42 students from among the faculty staff, doctoral students and undergraduates of KSMU. The participants of the
master class were acquainted with the following topics: international documents
regulating the ethics of medical research, history and principles of GCP,
quality assurance system for conducting clinical trials, basic principles of
medical research, development of standard operating procedures, ethics of
scientific research, audit and inspection of clinical research.
Thus, the students of the master
class have improved their qualifications in the field of ethics and good
practice of scientific research, which is confirmed by the certificates issued.
