History of the Nursing Education School

The School of Nursing School is one of the department of the Medical University of Karaganda, which combines the Department of "Nursing Affair " and the Faculty of training of secondary medical workers, which began its activity in 2018. Students are taught at the school of nursing education in the following educational programs:

• technical and vocational education in 5 specialties;

* bachelor of Applied Science degree in  Nursing Affair»;

* academic bachelor's degree "Nursing Affair " 4 years of study;

* academic bachelor's degree "Nursing Affair " in an abbreviated form (2.6 years; 10 months);

* postgraduate education of the master's degree program "Nursing Affair ".

The faculty of training secondary medical workers of state-owned republican enterprise on the right economic management at the Karaganda State Medical University, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was opened as a medical college on the basis of the Appendix to the license for educational activities “Technical and vocational education” issued by the Department for Control in the Sphere of Education of the Karaganda Region Committee for Control in the Field of Education and Science MES RK. In the 2017-2018 academic year, the educational program in the specialty "Nursing", the undergraduate level passed the specialized accreditation of the Independent Kazakhstan Agency for Quality Assurance in Education.

In the 2018-2019 academic year, the educational program in the specialty "Nursing Affair", the master's level passed the specialized accreditation of the Independent Kazakhstan Agency for Quality Assurance in Education.

In the 2018-2019 academic year, the educational program in the specialty "Nursing" at the master's level passed the specialized accreditation of the Independent Kazakhstan Agency for Quality Assurance in Education.

In August 2019, the School of Nursing Education has received a license to engage in educational activities of post-secondary education at the level of the educational program of applied baccalaureate in the specialty "Nursing Affair" issued by the Department for Control in the Field of Education of the Karaganda Region of the Committee for Control in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In the 2019-2020 academic year,  passed the specialized accreditation of the Independent Kazakhstan Agency for Quality Assurance in Education of the institutional accreditation and educational programs of the TaVE: 0302000 "Nursing Affair", 0301000 "Medical Care", 0304000 "Dentistry", 0307000" Oral Dentistry", 0306000"Pharmacy".
