Persons who have completed the program of higher education and internship are accepted to the residency program

1.  application addressed to the head of the university;

2.  two copies of the identity document;

3.  document on higher education with appendices in three languages (original and two copies);

4.  certificate of completion of the internship (original and copy);

5.  test results when obtaining a specialist certificate for admission to clinical practice or test results when obtaining a qualification category (for persons who completed an internship before 2013);

6.  results of practical skills assessment for assignment of a qualification category (for persons who completed an internship before 2013);

7.  test results independent examination conducted by the NCIE (for persons who completed an internship in 2013-2018);

8. results of the first and second stages of the independent examination conducted NCIE (for persons who have completed an internship, starting in 2019);

 9. certificate of a specialist (doctor) in the field of healthcare;

10. marriage certificate (if available) (original and copy);

11. six photos measuring 3x4 centimeters; 

12. a medical certificate in the form, an approved medical certificate in the form approved in accordance with subparagraph 31) of Article 7 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 7, 2020 "On the health of the people and the healthcare system of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

13. list of scientific and methodological works (if available);

14. a medical certificate in the form approved in accordance with subparagraph 31) of Article 7 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 7, 2020 "On the health of the people and the healthcare system of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

15. completed personal card of the applicant (appendix 2);

16. paper folder, white; two envelopes; two files (dense)

Together with copies of the documents, their originals are provided for verification, carried out in the presence of the applicant. After verification, the original documents are returned.

If you provide an incomplete list of documents specified in this paragraph, the admission committee does not accept documents from applicants.
