The mission of the educational program

Training of highly qualified specialists in the field of anesthesiology and resuscitation, including children, who are able to meet the needs of society in providing qualified intensive care to patients of various profiles, apply and develop advanced innovative technologies in anesthesiology and resuscitation, science and practice, use the achievements of information and communication technologies, strengthen  public health.  Specialists anesthesiologists-resuscitators must be ready to adapt to the changing conditions of the health care system at the level of the state and the world community, to continue learning throughout life, and to contribute to the development of society.

Clinical skills: to provide the effective patient-centered care based an evidence-based medicine that includes appropriate and effective interventions to treat and prevent disease.

Communications: to demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills leading to effective exchange of information and collaboration with patients, their families and healthcare professionals, including the use of information technology.

Professionalism: to demonstrate a commitment to professional responsibilities, the respect of ethical principles and to use the best practices for providing a high level of safety and quality of care.

Regulatory knowledge: to understand the responsibility for their actions within the framework of the current regulatory foundations of the health-care system   and be guided by them in their practice to ensure optimal health care.

Research: to be able to research and evaluate the treatment outcomes for his patients, to evaluate and implement the treatment principles based on scientific evidence.
