Ibraev Serik Eskendirovich was born in 1949. In 1972 he graduated from the Tselinograd State Medical Institute. Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Full Member (Academician) of the Russian Academy of Medical and Technical Sciences. 

Work experience:

·  Intern doctor of Kokshetau regional hospital (1973-1974);

·  Surgeon of the Central District Hospital Volodarovka village (1973-1974);

·  Head of the surgical department of the Central District Hospital,  Zerenda village (1974-1980);

·  Chief Physician of the Zerenda Central District Hospital. 1980-1992 years. 

·  Head of the Kokshetau regional health department, Kokshetau ,1992-1997 years. 

·  Head of the North Kazakhstan Regional Health Department, Petropavlovsk (1997-1999); 

·  The 1st Deputy Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Health Affairs, the 1st Deputy of the Health Committee of the Ministry of Public Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1999-2000);

·  Director of the Center for the Introduction of Modern Medical Technologies of the Medical Center of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2002-2000);

·  Deputy Head of the Medical Center of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2002-2006);

·  Under his supervision, 5 candidate and 2 doctoral dissertations were defended in the specialty of public health. He is the supervisor of a number of master's (7) and doctoral (phD-6) dissertations.
