Department Emergency Medicine, Anesthesiology and Resuscitation

     The Department of Emergency Medical Care, Anesthesiology and Reanimatology of the Karaganda Medical University was organized in 2020.

  The department includes employees with the highest and first qualification categories in the specialties "Anesthesiology and resuscitation for adults", "Anesthesiology and resuscitation for children", "Ambulance and emergency medical care". The main clinical base of the department is the Multidisciplinary Hospital named after Professor H.Zh. Makazhanov.

  The head of the department - Vasilyev Dmitry Vladimirovich, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor, doctor of the highest qualification category in the specialty "Anesthesiology and Reanimatology" carries out general management of all types of activities carried out by the Department staff.

  The teaching staff of the department includes professors, assistants, methodologist, office manager, support staff. All responsibilities in the direction of various activities are distributed among employees.

Professor Aisanov Bauyrzhan Tezekbaevich, Сandidate of Medical Sciences, doctor of the highest qualification category in the specialty "Anesthesiology and resuscitation" conducts, within the framework of these activities, works with residents of the specialty "Anesthesiology and resuscitation, including children" at the clinical base City Hospital No. 1  Karaganda, training cycles among doctors of various specialties, consultations of complex clinical cases in the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

  Professor Alpysova Aigul Rakhmanberlinovna, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, doctor of the highest qualification category in the specialty "Therapy (Ambulance and Emergency Medical Care)" also carries out a wide range of scientific and professional activities aimed at improving the level of knowledge of both students and doctors of various profiles. Prof. Alpysova A.R., being an independent accredited expert in the field of assessing the quality of medical services of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, conducts an expert assessment of medical records, participates in the development of recommendations and clinical protocols of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

  The main purpose of the department staff is, within the framework of the mission of the university, the implementation of the educational process among students, interns and residents, the implementation of scientific, methodological, educational and medical work at clinical sites.

  Assistants of the department are: Azhimetova G.N., Orazbaeva B.S., Mataeva L.M., Bocharova L.I., Tuleuova G.K., Abisheva B.I., Telembetov N.T., Ilahi M., Shultz T.E., Saturday, Baykeeva M.S., Vasilyeva N.N., Musina L.S., Mugazov M.M., Sapozhnikov M.P., Tigai G.I., Davanov Sh.K., Romashkova A.K., in addition to their main activity, continuously improve their professional skills and competencies, regularly improve their pedagogical skills by mastering the cycles of advanced training in these areas. Methodological support, observance of the order of registration of documentation is carried out by educational support personnel: Tanabaeva R.Sh., Dnisheva A., Sadykova A.S., Elubay A.S.

  The main educational areas of study are: 5В130100 "General Medicine", discipline "Emergency Care and Intensive Care" - 5th year students; as well as specialization areas "General medical practice", discipline "Emergencies in family medicine" - interns of the 7th year; "Pediatrics", discipline "Emergency medical care" - interns of the 7th course.

  One of the main directions in educational activities is the preparation of residents of the specialty "Anesthesiology and resuscitation, including children."

  The main scientific studies of the discipline are aimed at studying the treatment and diagnostic tactics of patients with diseases of the circulatory system, the medical and environmental significance of triage system; analysis of obstetric and gynecological pathology at the stage of emergency medical care.

  The main directions of treatment activities are in conducting medical and diagnostic work of employees on the road with emergency teams, anesthesia, consultations and supervision of patients in intensive care units, examination of the the history of calls of the ambulance, master classes for medical workers, seminars at clinical sites, the introduction of new effective methods diagnostics and treatment, independent expertise on the quality of medical care, deaths in the Karaganda region.

  Clinical training of students and medical work are carried out by the staff of the department at 5 substations of KSE RSAM, in 4 polyclinics Karaganda, at the Multidisciplinary Hospital named after Professor Kh.Zh. Makazhanov, City Hospital No. 1 in Karaganda, Multidisciplinary Hospital No. 3 in Karaganda, Children's Hospital in Karaganda, Eye Microsurgery Center in Karaganda, Regional Obstetric and Gynecological Center.

  In the educational process, the teaching staff uses active methods of problem-oriented learning: TBL, CBL, RBL.

  Teaching is conducted in the state, Russian and English languages.
