Center "Bilim - Central Asia" program administers "Salzburg
medical seminars and training in the Austrian clinics" since 2003, which
is funded by the Ministry of Science and Health Austria. Program partners are:
Weill Medical College of Cornell University; NY Presbyterian, The University
Hospital of Columbia and Cornell; The Hospital of Special Surgery; Memorian
Sloan-Kettiring Cancer Center; The Children Hospital of Philadelfiia; Duke
University Medical Centre; Columbia Unievrsity, College of Physicians and
Surgeons; Cleveland Clinic; AKH.
Educational Center "Bilim - Central Asia" announces competition for participation in the program "Salzburg Medical Seminars" - 2016
It is planned to carry out 35 seminars on various health topics.
After participating in a weeklong seminar participants are given the possibility of submitting documents to 3-month internship in the Austrian and German health care organizations.
Contest is open to: Kazakh citizens with knowledge of English, with a diploma of higher medical education and working in the health sector, at the age of 30 years.
The costs of travel, accommodation, study are paid by the Austrian side. Visa support, travel to Almaty or Astana are paid by participants.
