The Institute of public health and professional health "Karaganda medical university"NС JSC and Republican public organization «Association of profpathologists» invites You to take part in a scientific and practical conference with international participation «PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE AND MEDICAL ECOLOGY», which will be held on November 2 – 3, 2023.

The main directions of the conference:

1.  Relevant issues of sanitary and epidemiological service. 

2.  Health issues of the working population.

3.  Improving the legal and regulatory base for occupational safety, preventive medicine, hygiene regulation and industrial and environmental control.

4.  Relevant problems of environmental pollution and medical ecology.

5.  Innovative methods for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of occupational and work-related diseases.

6.  The controlled use of chrysotile asbestos and the study of chrysotile asbestos and asbestos-related diseases.

7.  Innovations and ways to improve the educational program «Preventive Medicine» and «Medicine of labor».

The conference will include:

-  Round table on the topic: «ORGANIZATION OF MEDICAL ASSISTANCE TO EMPLOYEES OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES IN MODERN CONDITIONS»

-  Workshop «CURRENT ISSUES OF MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL SUITABILITY».

Conference languages: Kazakh, Russian, English.

  Conference participants will be issued Certificates.

1. application for participation in the conference (form attached);

2. abstracts (doc*) (electronic versions, terms are attached).

The report in the state or Russian or English languages (in electronic version) must be received by the organizing committee of the conference by October 16, 2023 at the email address:  conf_medtruda2022@bk.ru or  Shadetova@kgmu.kz  . 

Important!!! Abstract andreport are considered accepted only if the conference organizers send a confirmation of receipt of information to your email address.

Requirements for the design of publications

1. Abstracts of no more than 2 A4 pages should be printed on one side of a standard sheet font Times New Roman, KzTimes NewRoman, size 14, with margins at the top and bottom 2 cm, left 3 cm, right 1.5 cm, with a single line spacing. The UDC of the article is indicated on the first line, the full name of the authors (no more than five) is indicated on the second line*. On the third line – the title of the thesis (in capital letters), on the fourth – the name of the institution, the city**. At the end of the thesis, the addresses and phone numbers of all authors should be. Only 3 abstracts from one author are accepted for publication.

2. Abstracts must have a visa of the head of the department, institution for the right of publication.

3. Abbreviations of words, names, titles, except for the generally accepted ones, are not allowed. Measurement units used on the international measurement system (MS).

4. The materials will be published in the collection of the scientific and practical conference with international participation "PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE AND MEDICAL ECOLOGY" by the method of blind copying, therefore abstracts are accepted only in carefully edited form in compliance with all the above requirements.

5. Sending to the organizing committee of the conference works previously published or sent to other editions for publication is not allowed.

6. The organizing committee and editorial board reserve the right to select abstracts for publication.
