A contest for specialized medical or pharmaceutical training in France!

The Diploma of Higher Medical Education (DFMS) and Diploma of Higher Professional Education (DFMSA) are intended for foreign doctors and pharmacists who are not the citizens of the member States of the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA), the Swiss Confederation and Andorra. The DFMS/A diploma allows students to complete part of the theoretical training and practical training to obtain the DES diploma (Diplôme d'Etudes Spécialisées).

1. In order to enroll in DFMS, the candidate must have a diploma that allows to engage in professional activity in his/her country, and be in the process of specialized medical or pharmaceutical training.

2. In order to enroll in DFMSA, the candidate must have a diploma of a general practitioner or a specialist pharmacist, allowing to practice this specialty in his/her country.

Duration

- DFMS: minimum 2 semesters, maximum 6 semesters

- DFMSA: minimum 1 semester, maximum 2 semesters
