Information for university entrants

1.
It
is obligatory the presence of legal representative persons (parent) or the
guardian with the identity document for registration (residence permit) in the
KSMU dorms for applicants under 18 years.
2. In order to avoid the administrative penalty the applicants are not necessary. to withdraw the registration (residence permit) from the former residence address.
3. The university entrants, which have the certificate of birth, also must have IIN (the certificates of birth without IIN are not accepted).
4. The university entrants elder than 16 years are not served if they have not the identity card.
