Students of the 2nd year fromfaculties ofGeneral medicine and Stomatology, Preventive medicine, Biology and Pharmacy that want to study
at the military department, from February 16 to March 16, 2015 should submit
their applications to the training unit of the Military department (7 Alalykina
Str.).
Necessary documents:
1. Character reference from the Dean’s office, typed on computer (with a seal and signature of the dean of the Faculty) – 1 pcs.
2. A photocopy of the identity card of the citizen of Kazakhstan – 1 pcs.
3. Photo 3×4 (for men – dark suit, light shirt, tie, and for women – single-colored jacket) – 2 pcs.
4.Clear pocket for personal file – 2 pcs.
5. Copy of military service registration certificate with a note of eligibility.
