He has graduated from KSMI with a degree in "Dentist",
Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics, on speciality "Economist".
Since 1984 to 1985, he passed internship at the dental clinic number 2. Since 1985 to 1997, he has worked in various medical organizations as a dentist, head of the orthopedic department, head doctor of a dental clinic. Since 1997 and until now he has been working as the general director of “Dental Association” LLP.
Since 2004 to 2014, he has worked as Chairman of the Karaganda city branch of the “Nur Otan” party. President of the PO "Association of Independent Medical Experts in the Karaganda Region."
He has been awarded «Еренеңбегіүшін», «ҚазақстанКонституциясына 10 жыл», «10 жылАстана», «Қазақстан Республикасының тәуелсіздігіне 20 жыл» medals; has a gratitude letter of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.He was elected as a deputy of the Karaganda city maslikhat of the III, IV, V, VI convocations.
