To know folk through his traditions
Department of Kazakh language organized and conducted competition «Салт – дәстүр – асыл қазына» among the students of non-indigenous nationality of the Karaganda universities on March 12, 2015 in the assembly hall of Karaganda State Medical University. Competition was dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan and the celebration of Nowruz. The following commands participated in the competition: “Жеделжәрдем” of KSMU,“Достық” ofBucketov KSU, “Достық” of thefaculty of Central Kazakhstan Academy of translation «Lingua University», “Бiрлiк” of medical college of KSMU.
The competition consisted of 4 rounds, where the teams told about themselves, showed theatrical Kazakh national customs. Also captains of each team demonstrated their knowledge of Kazakh language.
Art activists of the university showed their skills: folk group of belly dance “Қаракөз” and dombra orchestra. Students from foreign department showed the incendiary dance.
