On October 15, a meeting of students with theologians dedicated to the day of spiritual consent of the people of Kazakhstan was held at the dormitory No. 1 of Karaganda medical University.

Specialists of the sector for religious Affairs at the Department of internal policy of the akimat of Karaganda Syzdykova Indira Baurzhanovna, Sagitova Elmira Zhanatovna, theologian of the Youth resource center of Karaganda region Amanzholov Sultan Muratovich and head of the security service of the CMU Kaliyev Mukhtar Ralievich discussed with the youth the organization of information and propaganda work on the prevention of religious extremism and terrorism.

In his speech, S.M.Amanzholov described the techniques that recruiters of sects and terrorist organizations practice through the Internet and in real life. He also spoke about the psychological aspects of countering extremism and terrorism.

Students actively discussed the presentations of speakers and participated in the discussion, which indicates their interest in obtaining relevant knowledge on this topic.
