A roundtable discussion in the framework of explanatory work plan about the establishment of the EAEC on the initiative of public associations of the university took place in Karaganda State Medical University.

The participants of the Round table were undergraduates and PhD doctoral. In his opening remarks the Vice-Rector for instructional and educational work Wilen B. Molotov-Luchanskiy stressed that the aim of the round table was the exchange of views of «special detachment» of the university, who tomorrow will be the face of practical and scientific medicine; those who are the future of the EAEC. Wilen B. stressed that the signing of the EAEC is the historic event. It was created not just a market, joining 170 million people, but the structure, which makes extensive use of the possibility of the EAEC. This will ensure the healthy competition in the world. The formation of EAEC is responsible the requirements of citizens of each country.

The head of the department of Kazakhstan history and social and political sciences Kudaibergen Abayevich Temirgaliev continued the theme of the EAEC future. He said that the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev noted that this agreement primarily focused on youth.

During the exchange of views undergraduates and doctoral drew their attention to the opportunities offered by the signing of the EAEC. They noted that EAEC will not only free movement in the countries of the Community, but will provide the economic support of countries. The round table participants emphasized that the EAEC at the present stage of development of the participating countries is justified and optimal. Its goal is the welfare of citizens. The Community will enable to confront the modern global economic threats.

As participants of the discussion noticed, our countries have a lot in common, and the Community will restore the spiritual and social connections. In terms of academic mobility of young scientists such Community certainly carries a lot of pluses. As noted in their speeches doctoral students, the every person in his place has to do the job efficiently and professionally: to heal, to teach, to develop science. This will be the most important contribution to the development of the Community.

As doctoral student of the first year of training of specialty «Public Health» Serik Bakhtiar said, the active young of the university could not stay away from the historic event. The single labor market, academic mobility – all of this is attractive for us as for young professionals and scientists. The cooperation in the economic sphere of course will influence on the development of economic and scientific spheres. And we, today's undergraduates and doctoral students will largely determine the vectors of development in practice of the Economic Community.

During the roundtable the problematic issues discussed, such as the possible «brain drain», increasing drug prices. At the same time the possible ways to overcome risks had been highlighted.

Wilen B. summarized the discussion. The Treaty on EAEC forming, signed on the 29 of May is a historical document, which opens up the new opportunities for today's young scientists who tomorrow will determine the face of the Community and their countries.
