In compliance with the orders of Committee on an emergency situation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RK and according to the RK regulations of Civil Protection and an emergency and according to the plan approved by Akim of Karaganda of October 16, 2014, the special tactical training on Civil protection "Force interaction  of CP in the course of localization and liquidation of industrial accident consequences, disastrous accidents, natural disasters and action of sabotage and reconnaissance force" was held on February 17, 2015 in medical college of Karaganda State Medical University.

  The preparation for STTE was realized on an order of KSMU rector 06.01.2015 - the doctor of medical sciences, professor, KSMU civil protection chief, R. S. Dosmagambetova.

Command and staff exercise is annually conducted for the purpose of preparation of an managerial staff for performance of a complex of objectives.

  The special tactical training exercises trainings according to the notification and troops; trainings on an emergency situation on Civil protection are the most perfect form of preparation of medical college for actions under the conditions of emergency situations of peace and a wartime. When carrying out STTE, the practical actions were provided according to the" Action plan of prevention and control of an emergency situation". The main attention during trainings was paid to practical drillings of skills and safety methods of students and the staff of medical college in the event of both technogenic and natural character.

The managerial and teaching staff, students, the service personnel were involved in the training.

  The managerial staff of CP: the chief of civil protection – the Director of KSMU medical college  Estemesova K. A.; the deputy chief of CP - the deputy director for TG  Koshkarbayeva B.S.;The chief of a command staff of CP  – the teacher manager of elementary military training Latypov N. S.

During preparation for STTE, the main attention was paid to the effective protection of students and staff in emergency situations of peace and a wartime, carrying out rescue works and skillful actions of participants on STTE signals.

The success of carrying out STTE in KSMU medical college substantially depended on care and the volume of a preparatory work, completeness and quality of the produced documents, reasonableness of action.

  The quality evaluation of the special tactical training exercises by the chief of staff of CP KSMU Zinin A. M. who especially highly appreciated knowledge and practical abilities of formation of a sanitary team was the final part of training exercises.

Extent of achievement of the educational purposes was defined, preparation level was estimated, and poorly acquired questions were analyzed.

  The staff of formations showed organization, discipline, strong knowledge and practical skills in performance of the functional duties, abilities to operate formations of civil protection.

 All planned actions during the special tactical training exercises were executed.
