As a part of the methodological week of the cyclic commission of special disciplines №2 of KSMU, medical college teachers together with the representatives of SI branch of CDM CES MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Karaganda region held the event on the topic: “First aid in case of accident” for the 3^rd and the 4^th year students of the specialty "Medicine"

Several worked out methods that can effectively help the victims as well as physicians were shown.

The doctor of the first category E.V. Gavrilova gave details of the structure of disaster medicine service in Karaganda region, she also told about the goals and purposes of the organization and about the disaster medicine service equipment.

The paramedic of the highest category T.N. Oveznepesov demonstrated emergency aid rendering using MES mobile equipment on a simulation mannequin directly on the scene of accident and during transportation to the hospital with detailed explanations of each algorithm. Then the students tried themselves as a victim and physicians practicing algorithms of emergency in case of car accident.
