The patient support services and internal control (PSSIC)

Department of Strategic Development and Quality Management «KARAGANDA MEDICAL UNIVERSITY» NCJSC

The purpose of the Patient Support Service and Internal Control – identifies the problematic issues and further improvement of the quality of medical care.

Objective: ensuring patient rights and support.

The structure of the clinic includes a Patient Support Service and Internal Control (hereinafter-PSSIC). The Service is headed by the senior executive of the PSSIC. The Patient Support Service and Internal Control consists of the following specialists: head of the PSSIC, medical expert, nurse of the PSSIC.

— were not satisfied with the quality of medical care;

— faced harsh treatment from medical personnel;

— faced with the facts of extortion of funds by medical personnel for medical services provided within the guaranteed volume of free medical care;

— and if you encounter other problems related to the order and quality of medical care, please contact the Patient Support Service.

You may leave your written application with your name, surname, contact details (phone number, address) in the Box of Appeals located in the reception hall, halls of stationary departments, and in the hall for visitors of the stationary block. You can also contact our website or send email to info@qmu.kz or http://www.qmu.kz/ru/hall/ask  The Patient Support Service will review your application as soon as possible and not later than 5 calendar days to provide you with information on the results of your consideration.

The Patient Support Service is accessible to both patients in care and their relatives.
