On March 17^ththe Medical College of Karaganda State Medical University on the basis of KSMU dental clinic has conducted special open session dedicated to the national holiday Nauryz. The participants of the event represented various ethnic groups, told stories of their culture and traditions, presented different dishes of national cuisine, sang songs, danced folk dances, and demonstrated the richness and variety of national costumes.

Students of the Dentistry and Prosthetic Dentistry faculties with the curators of group 202 KS Mrs. R. Koshanova, group 301 KS Mrs. A. Birmukhanova, group 302 KS Ms. Z. Mutsolgova, group 201 KS Mrs. U. Sabitova, and group 201 KSO Mr. R. Abdrakmanov prepared little shows, shared information about the culture and traditions of the ethnicity that they had drawn by lot at the beginning of preparation to the show. The following ethnicities were presented during the show: Kazakh, Tatar, Azerbaijan, and Turkish. All shows were colorful and interesting. The holiday went in a friendly warm atmosphere filled with joy and understanding. The students were awarded letters of gratitude.
