The visit of the Vice Minister of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in to the clinical-diagnostic center of Karaganda State Medical University

On September 28, 2015, the visit of the Vice Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan of HMSD RK Tsoi A.V together with the head of the Health Department of Karaganda region E.Nurlybaev was happened. The visit had a study purpose in the framework of working travel. The guests were met by CDC KSMU deputy in charge on clinical work and continuing professional education Kosherova B.N., chief medical officer of CDC KSMU Kiverov M.S. and other representatives of CDC.

During the working visit, the information about CDC KSMU medical-diagnostic equipment, providing the population of Karaganda region of consultative-diagnostic help by the teaching staff of KSMU CDC under the subcontract and paid mode was presented. Administration of the CDC presented available on the basis of the center of modern diagnostic and treatment facilities at the level of national and international standards (digital X-ray installation Siemens Luminos Fusion HD (Germany), video endoscope installation Front Olumpus CV-150 (Japan) diathermocoagulation Olumpus ESG-100, ENT harvester Otopront a surgical microscope OPMI Pico Carl Zeiss, sinus echoscopy Digital 5 (Germany), ultrasound scanner Medison Sono Ase X6-CW and SA-8000 EX (South Korea), ophthalmologic complex «Carl Zeiss», coherent tomograph «Cirrus HD» (Germany), B-scanner with ultrasound biomicroscopy eyes «TOMEY» (Japan), Ultrasound System Premium expert class Philips epiq 7 (Netherlands), «BTL-08 Holter, BTL-08 ABMP, BTL-08 Spiro» (United Kingdom) physiotherapy equipment BTL 5000 series (UK) and other diagnostic systems), announced the innovative techniques and methods of diagnosis and treatment used by consultants at CDC public service.

Topics of entering Kazakhstan's integration into the international space for causing the transition to international standards in health care and medical education, the achievement of which is possible only by improving the quality of health and education, which in turn places increased demands on existing material -technical provision of medical and educational institutions were discussed during the study visit. In the course of the visit it was announced that CDC KSMU is a unique institution of national scale, which combine the both therapeutic and diagnostic, and educational component. Everybody were happy by the results of the visit, there were suggestions and recommendations on the expansion of the services provided.
