On October 28, the meeting with the psychotherapist D.Chekanov on “Alcohol prevention among students” was conducted by Department on youth affairs with the Ministry of social work, Club of initiative students and SSG of dormitory № 1.

There is mass advertising campaing in TV, where alcohol is named as "correct", "life-giving", "for the real men". The advertising attempts to impose on people that alcohol is just a cool thing.To be not deceived, it is necessary to have objective information and study to counteract to the advertisement.
D.Chekanov told about harm of alcoholism, his stages, causes and consequences. Also he showed how to manage with situation, without the alcohol.
