IV Small National Assembly of Kazakhstan Medical Students` Association

From October 31 to
November 1, 2015 IV Small National Assembly of Kazakhstan Medical Students
Association (KSMU) was held at LLP
"Technopark Sary – Arka" (Karaganda). 9 local committees of medical universities participated in the IV Small National
Assembly, including our Local Committee of KSMU, which was the organizer of the
event. At the opening ceremony founders of KazMSA in Kazakhstan Mukhit Kulmaganbetov, Erbolat Saruarov, AbdullaAbdugapparov were speaking.Plenary session, where all local
committees reported their work began after
opening. The main purposes of Small National Assembly were development of
strategic plan for entering to IFMSA, discussion about introduction of
obligatory medical insurance since 2017 year. Local Committee had developed
annual plan. Also Gaziza Murat, Assel Mussayepova and Kymbat Kabdullina conducted
neuro linguistic trainings.
The appointment of new
officers of the Executive Committee of KazMSA was at the second day. President of
the JSC "Kazakhstan Medical Students Association" became Batyrzhan
Ibrayev (KSMU), Vice – President for external affairs – Akerke Mastetbayeva,
Vice - President for internal affairs – Asylzhan Orazbek (IKTU), Vice –
President of permanent committees – Balzhan Toleuova (KazNMU), the national
financier – Diana Sarsenbek (IKTU), the national press –secretary - Ulzhanay Orynkazy
(KSMU). Officers of the permanent committees: on medical education – Gaziza Murat
(KSMU), on scientific research exchange – Kymbat Kabdullina (KSMU), on professional
exchange – Eszhanbek Abdreev (IKTU), on reproductive health security - Akmaral
Khangeldi (MUA), on public health – Alibek Khamit (IKTU). The members of the
Supervisory Committee: Mukhit Kulmaganbetov,
Abdullah Abdugapparov, Erbolat Saruarov, Arina Yespotaeva, Alikhan Zhaksylykov,
Zhaksybek Saktaganov, Aizhan Malikaidar, Aslan Baizakhanov. At the end of the
meeting all participants were given certificates and letters of appreciation.
Our delegates from 9 universities of Kazakhstan visited the Museum of memory of
political repressions victims, village Dolynka (KarLag), where they learned a
lot and were very impressed!

for the opportunity to host such a huge event, LLP "Technopark Sary – Arka"
dombra orchestra of KSMU, the vocalists and the national ensemble
"Karakoz".
