Forum of Cardiologists and Therapists
Master’s degree student, assistant part-time teacher of the Department of Internal Diseases No. 1 of Karaganda Medical University Akerke Kalimbetova took part in the VIII International Forum of Cardiologists and Therapists in Moscow, becoming the only speaker representing the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The scientific program included lectures, symposia, schools, clinical studies. Leading cardiologists, neurologists, pulmonologists, endocrinologists, nephrologists, rheumatologists, gastroenterologists and general practitioners took part in it. Special attention was paid to combined diseases, the number of which is constantly growing, in connection with the aging of the population and increasing the effectiveness of treatment of acute and chronic situations. The scientific program includes all leading scientific and clinical schools from various cities of Russia, CIS countries and other foreign countries.
The forum included a symposium with the participation of young scientists, in which she made a report on the topic: "Predicting the risk of complications in dual antiaggregant therapy." The report was made in the framework of the master's theses under the intrauniversity grant. Questions were asked, key questions on the topic of the report were discussed, and positive feedback was received.
