Within the framework of the program "Рухани жағыру", teachers of the Department of History of Kazakhstan and SPD held an interuniversity seminar on 26.11.21 with the online participation of the Department of Psychology of the Karaganda University named after Academician E. A. Buketov on the topic "Рухани жағыру as a psychological factor of ethnic socialization of personality".

The seminar was attended by teachers of the Department of History of Kazakhstan and SPD. The guests of the seminar were: B.A. Amirova Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor of the Karaganda University named after Academician E. A. Buketov; G.M. Kertayeva Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the Eurasian National University named after L. N. Gumilyov G. Nursultan; M. P. Kabakova Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Professor of the Department of Psychology of KazNU Almaty; B.G. Nugman Candidate of Philosophical Sciences, associate Professor of Karaganda Technical University.

During the seminar, reports were presented revealing the problem of ethnic socialization of personality as a psychological factor and the preservation of national identity. The issues of national traditions, national identity are considered. The main issues of the formation of ethno-national identity were discussed.

The moderator of the seminar was: Assistant professor of the Department of History of Kazakhstan and SPD – Kusainova Marzhangul Amantayevna.
