The goal of the Patient Support and Internal Control Service is to identify problematic issues and further improve the quality of medical care.

Objective: to ensure the realization of the rights and support of patients.

The structure of the clinic includes the Patient Support and Internal Control Service (hereinafter referred to as Patient support and internal control service of the professional health clinic). The service is headed by the head of the Patient support and internal control service of the professional health clinic. The Patient Support and Internal Control Service includes the following specialists: the head of the Patient support and internal control service of the professional health clinic, medical experts, a nurse of the Patient support and internal control service of the professional health clinic.

- faced rude attitude from the medical staff;

— encountered facts of extortion of money by medical personnel for medical services provided within the guaranteed volume of free medical care;

— and also if you are faced with other problematic issues related to the order and quality of medical care, please contact the Patient Support Service.

You can leave your written request indicating your name, surname, contact details (telephone, address) in the request box located in the reception hall, the hall for visitors of the stationary block. You can also send an email to: info@qmu.kz.

The Patient Support Service will consider your appeal as soon as possible and provide you with information on the results of consideration of your appeal no later than 5 calendar days.

The Patient Support Service has the right to contact both the patients themselves, who are on treatment, and their relatives.

We will be grateful to you for your requests, comments and suggestions that will help improve the quality of medical care provided by our organization.

Information of the CPPVC on the appeals and complaints of patients on the quality of medical care in the clinics of the NAO "MUK" for 2022.

In the clinics of NAO "MUK", the process of filing complaints and appeals of patients is organized, it is documented, each case of a patient's appeal or complaint is considered, if necessary, an internal investigation is organized and conducted, after which an oral or written response is given to the Applicant.

There is also an information system (hereinafter referred to as the IS) of the call center narrowly "Quality control system in the healthcare system", the IS of the FSMS call center. All incoming calls to the call center are narrowly and SMS are also considered. The answer is entered into the information system, brought to the Applicant by the staff of the call center.

The rules for filing and reviewing complaints can be found on the website of NAO "MUK.

For  2022 28 appeals and complaints were received from patients, which is 2.1 times less than in the same period last year.

The appeals of patients (9) were of a reference nature, the patients were satisfied with the response and explanations received.

Out of 19 complaints:

-17 unsubstantiated complaints

-1 justified 1 (CMU),

-1 partially justified (CMU).

Attention is drawn to the increase in the number of external inspections of the Department of the Committee for Medical and Pharmaceutical Control of the Ministry of Health, if last year there were only 3, then for the same period 2022. 12.

To improve the quality of medical care in clinics, planned work is carried out, staff training is carried out, according to the results of inspections, corrective action plans are drawn up, which are worked out by clinic staff.
