The university pays close attention to the employment of graduates, which is reflected in the constant improvement and development of the system for facilitating the distribution of young professionals, and annually a high percentage of employed doctors.

When organizing the process of distribution of young specialists, the university is guided by the following legal framework:

·  Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan №.319-III "On Education" dated July 27, 2007 https://adilet.zan.kz/rus/docs/Z070000319;

·  Rules for sending young professionals to work, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan №. 390 dated March 30, 2012.https://adilet.zan.kz/rus/docs/P1200000390/history.

According to the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of employment of graduates, the following are subject to mandatory employment:

·  citizens studying under the «Serpin-2050» project are required to work in the region at the place of study for at least three years after graduating from a higher educational institution;

·  Citizens enrolled in training in medical specialties within the quota provided to citizens from among rural youth work in healthcare organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regardless of the form of ownership, located in rural areas for at least three years after graduating from a higher educational institution;

·  citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who entered medical specialties on the basis of a state educational order (bachelor's degree, master's degree) are required to work in health care organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regardless of their form of ownership, located in rural or urban areas for at least three years after graduating from a higher educational institution;

·  citizens enrolled in doctoral studies under the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program on the basis of the state educational order are required to work in higher educational institutions or scientific organizations for at least three years after graduation;

The process of distribution of young specialists is carried out in stages:

·  Creation of a personal account and resumes of graduate students on the electronic labor exchange www.enbek.kz.

·  Self-selection by graduates of medical organizations on the electronic labor exchange - enbek.kz, conclusion of contracts, receipt of a supporting document from medical organizations (petitions / letters of guarantee).

·  Provision by graduates of original supporting documents (petitions/letters of guarantee) to the specialist of the respective school (dean's office).

·  Entering information on supporting documents into the database of the Republican Commission for the distribution of young professionals, in accordance with the form of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

·  Meeting of the Republican Commission for the distribution of young professionals (the minutes of the meeting are sent to universities).

·  Issuance of job referrals to graduates by the relevant school (dean's office).

·  Filling in the base of JSC "Financial Center" by the university in accordance with the form and transferring to it the originals of supporting documents of graduates.

·  Collection of documents from the place of work / study, applications for redistribution by the relevant school (dean's office).

·  Meeting of the Republican Commission for the redistribution of young professionals (the minutes of the meeting are sent to universities).

·  Filling in the base of JSC "Financial Center" by the university in accordance with the form and transferring to it the originals of supporting documents of graduates.
