The 1-st Republican military-patriotic gathering of young people «Айбын» was held for the 1-st time in our country, by initiative of the RK Defense Minister Imangali Tasmagambetov, in the period from the 9 th till 13 th of June of 2015 on the base of training center «Spassk» of Karaganda region. 320 pupils of military –patriotic clubs, 160 pupils from 8 republican military boarding schools (from Almaty, Shymkent, Karaganda, Semei, Pavlodar, Aktobe), students of lyceum «Aristan» and school «Shanulan», 250 students of 25 military departments of Universities took a part also in the gathering along with fellows.

Competitions contests on the military-applied types of sport, firing from a rifle and pneumatic weapon, military relay race, and also military field tactical game were included in to the program.Preparation of students to participating in the event passed under the personal guidance of military department head, candidate of medical sciences, and colonel of medical service of Mukhametshanov A.M. Formal, field and sport clothes was bought for the team. Before leaving of the team, department’s head wished to our guys luck and success.

KSMU military department team was presented by the students of 3rd and 4th course of the faculty "General medicine and stomatology": of А.М. Каbdеshеv., А.А. Маkаrоv., Е.S. Маsаbаеv., I.E. Каnееv., D.Е. Кirееv., А.Е. Dеrbisоv., V.М. Akhmetzhan., S.S. Tkаchuk., E.N. Bаyashоv., H.A. Gusеnоv. They showed the best results in the military-applied types of sport.

On June, 10, 2015 on a solemn opening  of Republican military-patriotic gathering of young people "Айбын" ceremony the First Deputy of Defense Minister, chief of the General staff of  AF RК colonel-general Saken Shasuzakov had a speech where he had marked importance of the conducted event, within of it guys will pass unique school of preparation, will see a modern technique and armament, communication devices models of uniform of all kinds and troops of the Kazakhstan army, will try their forces and possibilities, will find invaluable experience and new friend.

On results of competitions on the military-applied types of sport students of our team took the following places: E.S. Маsаbаеv gained the lead in discipline (lift of trunks from position lying on a back), А.АМаkаrоv, was the second in discipline (sorting out and assembling of АК- 74), other students of our team came forward deservingly, showed good results, high military discipline, solidarity, mutual help and ferrous character.

On the finishing stage of gathering, the military field tactical game on that all participants of teams at 6 o'clock were alerted and with full equipage, with a weapon pulled out to the area of destination, where they have breakfast in the field conditions, at the first time guys tried an army dry ration, after carried out to excavate trenches for firing lying, conducted land navigation on an azimuth, made force march.

This very day, after termination of the military field tactical game, presentation of military departments of Universities was conducted. Our department presented the flag of our University, banner with the logotype of military department, illustrated albums about history of education and activity of our University and military department, textbooks, educational manuals in Kazakh and Russian languages, which are developed under the guidance of the department’s head and our faculty’s advisors and published at republican level.

On 13 June 2015, closing of the Republican  military-patriotic gathering of young people "Айбын" was visited by the RK Defense minister Imangali Таsmagambetov, and he marked in his speech, that the main task of such scale events implementation is  military-patriotic education of young people, forming for them skills and abilities, necessary at passing of military service in the Armed Forces of Republic of Kazakhstan, and also promotion of healthy way of life, military-applied and technical preparation of young people.
