development and science and Zakir Zakaryanovich Bekturganov - Managing Director
of Karaganda medical university were awarded the jubilee medal «Қазақстан Конституциясына 25 жыл» in honor of the 25th anniversary of the Constitution
of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan was developed based on the best world experience and practice, reflecting also the historical and national traditions of our multinational people. The formation of a unique concept of the constitutional development of the country is the merit of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy N.A. Nazarbayev.The basic law of the country incorporated the institutional reforms and political initiatives of the Elbasy. The document serves the interests of the citizens of the republic, standing up for the protection of their fundamental rights. The Basic Law is the benchmark for the country's democratic development and its improvement will continue.
