In the period from December 2 to 4, 2020, the external expert commission of the Independent agency for accreditation and rating (IAAR) assessed compliance with the standards of primary specialized accreditation based on the WFME/ASME standards for the following educational programs: 6B05101 "Biomedicine", 7M05102 "Biologist-researcher", 7R09132 "Rheumatology, including children's".

The external expert commission includes: Chairman of the IAAR Commission-Igor Cemortan, PhD, Associate Professor, N. Testemitanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy (Chisinau, Moldova); foreign expert of IAAR – Drobotya Natalia Viktorovna, MD, Professor, Rostov State Medical University, (Rostov-on-Don, Russian Federation); expert of IAAR – Omarov Rustem Tukenovich, PhD, Eurasian National University named after L. N. Gumilyov (Nur-Sultan); employer of IAAR – Umbayev Bauyrzhan Aitzhanovich, "National Laboratory Astana" PI, Nazarbayev University (Nur-Sultan); IAAR student - Asylbekkyzy Aigerim, NAO "Astana Medical University" (Nur-Sultan); Aigerim Urinbayevna Aimurziyeva, Head of Medical Projects of the Agency (Nur – Sultan), is an observer for the IAAR Agency.

By the decision of the Accreditation Council of the Independent agency for accreditation and rating (IAAR) of December 24, 2020, Protocol No. 54 of «KMU» NCJSC, certificates of international specialized primary accreditation were issued for a period of 5 years.
