On September 1, 2020, along with the celebration of the Day of Knowledge, a new political event took place in the history of our country. The message of the President of the country, which is expected annually by the Kazakh society, coincided with the new academic year 2020-2021. This attracted the attention of every citizen of Kazakhstan.

 The message of the President of the country Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan speaks about the ways to combat the pandemic that worries the whole world, the consequences and changes that it has led the country to, as well as about the social development of the country, about preserving the income and jobs of the people in these conditions. He stressed that the main attention should be paid to the work to preserve the health and life of our people. At all times, every society puts education at the forefront.

Modern society is a society of educated youth. On 07.04.21, an online round table dedicated to the historical significance of the President's Address was organized in the Youth library named after Zh.Bekturov in Karaganda. The event was actively attended by students of the 1st year of the specialty of general medicine of the Karaganda Medical University. Abdrakhmanova Kamshat Zhaksylykovna, assistant professor of the Department of History of Kazakhstan and НSPD, supervised the 1st year students of the specialty General Medicine. The works of our students were evaluated and awarded with letters of thanks.
