Effective communication as a factor in the competitiveness of an individual
On 06.11.2021, a scientific seminar with international participation «Effective communication as a factor enhancing individual competitiveness» was held as part of the framework of special «Rukhany Zhangyru» program teachers of the Department of History of Kazakhstan and Social and Political Disciplines.
The seminar was attended by students the 3rd courses of the foreign faculty. The guests of the conference were: a professional and certified speaker K.T. Pillai and founder of the International school «EdQuest» H.Seggu (Malaysia).
During the seminar, reports were presented that reveal the problem of communication as a factor enhancing individual competitiveness. The issues of gender differences, cultural characteristics in the process of communication are considered and the main barriers in communication are discussed.
The seminar was moderated by teachers of the Department of History of Kazakhstan and SPD: Ospanova Madina Bulatovna, Zhumanbaeva Zarina Kairatovna and Kovtun Olga Alekseevna.
