On the 5^th October 2014,in KSMU groups 5-003, 5-004 of specialty «Public Health care» at the department of«social medicine and public health care» under the guidance of the Head of Department Sultanov A.K, the model lesson «legal status of the Doctor and the Patient” took place. The lesson was attended by the Deputy Dean of the Faculty «Preventive medicine, biology and pharmacology» Omarova A.K and group of teachers.Also, students conducted a survey on "the concept of a single national health system" on the problem of "satisfaction with the services provided by physicians."

And during the lesson, the issues of the Code of RK on “Health of the population and healthcare system” were discussed also.

According to the Codeit is required to implement concepts such as caring for the sick, high-quality patient care, human quality, ethics and aesthetics of doctor.

  They also discussed questions such as: "Where are the rights of the patients protected?", "Who will protect a patient's right", "How an innuendo between doctor and patient starts?" "Who is entitled to receive free medical care and how it is carried out in accordance with the Code of RK on “Health of the population and healthcare system”.

The noble mission of people in white is to provide people with a high-quality medical care. And the right of the Doctor should always be protected. Sometimes, it could happen, that some of the doctors can make a terrible mistake, which will lead to the death of their patients. So, it is essential for the Doctor to know the rights of the patient and the rights and responsibilities of himself.
